We're hiring a Coffee Inside Sales Representative on behalf of a growing, innovative specialty coffee distributor. Hours & Schedule

• Full‑time (45 hrs / week)

Monday–Friday : 9:00am–5:00pm

Saturday : 11:00am–4:00pm

Optional: 4‑day workweek (37 hrs) with Saturday required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers via phone, email, chat, and in‑person—answering questions, recommending equipment, and guiding purchases.
• Greet walk‑in customers in our showroom, demo coffee machines, and create a welcoming, informative experience.
• Handle in‑store transactions (cash, debit, credit) with care and accuracy.
• Stay up to date on the latest coffee trends and equipment.
• Support other departments when needed during busy times—you're a team player.

Requirements

• A specialty coffee enthusiast (not just a barista—this goes beyond shifts and lattes).
• You know your espresso machines, grinders, and brewers—or you’re hungry to learn every detail.
• You’re a people person who brings energy, patience, and great conversation to every interaction.
• You’re dependable, upbeat, and excited about helping others find their perfect coffee setup.

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience in coffee retail, barista work, or sales of coffee gear.
• Know your espresso machines and grinders like the back of your hand.
