We are seeking to fill the permanent position of Coatings / Lab Technician at our Moncton branch, a division of Richelieu Hardware.

Position Overview
  • Prepare, mix, and test coating products (paints, stains, specialty finishes) according to established specifications.
  • Perform quality checks (visual and technical) on mixes and finished products.
  • Operate laboratory and workshop equipment (scales, mixers, applicators, etc.).
  • Document results, adjust formulas, and ensure product compliance.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and sales team to respond to customer requests (samples, technical advice).
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or related training or a related field.
  • Experience working in a laboratory, hardware store, warehouse, or with coating products is an asset.
