A leading wellbeing solutions provider is seeking a Coaching Coordinator in Canada. This role involves being the first point of contact for clients interested in various wellbeing programs. The ideal candidate will have strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, a Bachelor's degree, and excellent organizational abilities. Location: US
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid or Remote depending on your proximity to our Raleigh, NC Office
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Shifts: Monday-Friday shifts including 12:30pm - 9pm and 11:30am - 8pm EST.
Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required
Reporting to the Coaching Coordinator Team lead, the Coaching Coordinator is an integral part of the global coaching team, serving as the first point of contact for clients interested in engaging in a variety of wellbeing programs including wellness and life coaching, the Aware mindfulness program, and lactation consultation services. The coordinator provides program overviews, schedules sessions and collects outcome information related to customer experience.
