  • Maintain engineering parts, bills of material (BOMs), and product structures within PDM/PLM systems.
  • Review engineering documentation and requests for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established processes and requirements.
  • Support configuration management, engineering changes, export compliance, and equipment tracking activities.
  • Work with engineers, project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and keep engineering activities moving forward.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables, and communicate updates to the engineering team.
  • Participate in technical meetings, capture key decisions and actions, and follow up on assigned activities.
  • Assist with engineering reviews, milestone activities, and program deliverables while gaining exposure to the full product development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain engineering reports, trackers, and documentation to support effective project execution.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
