Job summary

A leading educational institution in Guelph is seeking a Student Recruitment Administrator to manage co-op recruitment processes. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with experience in handling job postings and interview coordination for over 5,500 opportunities annually. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. This position is temporary full-time from December 1, 2025, to May 28, 2026.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of related administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources or post-secondary education.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and web conferencing tools.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pre-interview components of the co-op recruitment process.
  • Administer co-op job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Provide support and guidance for students and employers.

Skills

Experience with systems and databases
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to handle multiple demands

Education
