Job summary

A leading agriculture company in Redwater is offering a Mechanical Engineering Co-op Student position for a motivated student for an 8-month term. You'll gain hands-on experience in mechanical improvements, project support, and troubleshooting under experienced guidance. Candidates must be enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering program and possess effective communication and analytical skills. This is a temporary, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pressure vessels, piping codes, and NDT inspection techniques is an asset.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design changes for mechanical plant improvements.
• Provide mechanical support for project development.
• Troubleshooting mechanical problems within production units.
• Assist in Root Cause Failure Analyses.
• Assist in site wide reliability assessments.
