Job summary

We are thrilled to be looking for our next co‑op candidate to support our project controls team with a focus on cost. This role will support our major projects within our civil East division in the GTA.

What You’ll Do Here :

• Provide support to the project team for project control activities with a focus on cost.
• Work with various stakeholders to gather and disseminate risk‑related data.
• Assist and support Risk Director, Project Managers and Project Controls Analysts with risk analysis benchmarking and document initiatives.
• Present findings to the project team when required.
• Analyze historical project risk information and manage and maintain risk registers.
• Work with the different functional groups to provide benchmarking information and feedback on risk‑management accuracy and support development as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

What You Bring to the Team :

• Currently in a University / Technical College pursuing Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Understanding of project management, project controls or cost engineering processes.
• Good communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record of good performance and attendance.
• Basic presentation skills.
• Bilingual in French is an asset.
