The Responsibilities:
  • Perform CNC machine homing and start-up procedures.
  • Load correct cut files and set up appropriate jigs.
  • Zero working home origin for each job.
  • Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to jigs as needed.
  • Operate CNC machines - load/unload cases, optimize cycle times, and apply MagSafe.
  • Visually inspect CNC’d cases to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Organize defective products by order and submit for reprocessing.
  • Maintain organized staging of WIP (work‑in‑progress) cases awaiting CNC.
  • Stage CNC’d cases by order for the shipping team.
  • Execute bulk CNC runs of blank cases.
  • Sweep, organize supplies, and properly dispose of garbage.
  • Assist with monthly inventory counts.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
  • Support team members as needed.
  • Operate all equipment safely and follow all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with peers and management to improve processes and promote teamwork
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative facility culture.

Rate: $20/hour
