Job summary

Husky Technologies TM in Bolton, Ontario is seeking a highly skilled CNC Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and maintaining complex CNC machinery to maximize uptime and performance.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mills, lathes, and grinders, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, manage machine calibration, and ensure safe, reliable operation in a world-class manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical CNC certs preferred.
• Experience: 5–10 years maintaining CNC equipment in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc/Siemens/Okuma is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders).
• Maintain subsystems: spindles, servo drives, ball screws, linear guides, turrets, tool changers.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and software issues.
