🛠️ Job Responsibilities

As a CNC Machine Setter & Programmer, you will be responsible for:

  • 🔧 Setting up and operating CNC machines (e.g., TurnMill, milling, turning) according to production specifications.
  • 💻 Creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs using G-code and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam) is a plus point.
  • 📐 Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining.
  • 🧪 Performing first-article inspections and quality checks using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
  • 🧰 Troubleshooting machine issues and adjusting parameters to maintain precision and productivity.
  • 📋 Maintaining detailed records of setups, tooling, and production runs.
  • 🧼 Ensuring machines and work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with workplace safety standards.
🎯 Job Requirements

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

✅ Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in CNC machine setup and operation (3-axis, 5-axis preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CAM software.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control procedures.
  • Basic understanding of tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds.
