🛠️ Job Responsibilities
As a CNC Machine Setter & Programmer, you will be responsible for:
- 🔧 Setting up and operating CNC machines (e.g., TurnMill, milling, turning) according to production specifications.
- 💻 Creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs using G-code and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam) is a plus point.
- 📐 Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining.
- 🧪 Performing first-article inspections and quality checks using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- 🧰 Troubleshooting machine issues and adjusting parameters to maintain precision and productivity.
- 📋 Maintaining detailed records of setups, tooling, and production runs.
- 🧼 Ensuring machines and work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with workplace safety standards.
🎯 Job Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
✅ Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CNC machine setup and operation (3-axis, 5-axis preferred).
- Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CAM software.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control procedures.
- Basic understanding of tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds.

✅ Qualifications

- Experience in a high-mix, low-volume production environment is a plus.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime when required.
