Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years in CNC programming or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of CNC machining department.
• Schedule and prioritize work orders to meet production deadlines.
• Train and mentor new employees on machining practices.
