Qualifications
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- 3+ years in CNC programming or equivalent education/experience.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of CNC machining department.
- Schedule and prioritize work orders to meet production deadlines.
- Train and mentor new employees on machining practices.
