Responsibilities include brand development, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Ideal candidates will have a strong marketing background with excellent strategic leadership skills and a focus on data-driven insights. Competitive salary in the range of 95-115K CAD annually.

The Cluster Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic marketing vision, execution, and performance optimization across a diverse portfolio of 6 hotels located across Canada. This role develops and drives integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, increase awareness, and deliver measurable revenue growth across multiple markets. The Cluster Marketing Manager acts as a key commercial leader, collaborating closely with property General Managers, Regional Leadership, Revenue Management, and Ownership to align marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives and profitability targets.
This role has an expected salary range of 95-115K annually.
