Job summary

Fit4Less Fredericton Uptown Centre is seeking a Club Attendant to provide a clean, safe and friendly in-club experience for Members. You will ensure the club is ready at all times, clean equipment, restock supplies, and assist Members with questions on the gym floor.

Responsibilities include towels, changeroom upkeep, pool/whirlpool checks where applicable, and maintaining tanning areas. CPR-A & AED certification is required, and a positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED Certification required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Keep Club clean, tidy and Member ready; clean equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Wash, dry and fold towels to meet Member demand.
• Ensure consumables stocked (paper towels, shampoo, conditioner).
• Empty waste bins and maintain changerooms in clean, ready condition.
• Unload supplies and stock shelves; perform regular pool/whirlpool checks if applicable.
• Maintain tanning room and bed cleanliness and report issues promptly.
• Enhance Member experience with friendly, helpful interactions on the workout floor.
