Element Fleet is seeking a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support scalable AWS cloud infrastructure as the company migrates from on-prem to cloud services. You will drive architecture, automation, and security with Terraform and CloudFormation, collaborating with DevOps and security teams.
The role requires AWS proficiency across EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, and monitoring, plus a strong networking foundation and IaC experience.

We’re looking for a hands‑on technical lead to join our team as Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and support of Element Fleet's AWS cloud infrastructure. You will maintain scalable and secure cloud environments to support the company’s transition from on‑premises infrastructure to AWS Cloud Services. You will play a critical part in developing and implementing the company’s cloud migration roadmap, ensuring high availability, performance, and security while modernising IT operations.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200 - $136,400 annually. This range represents the Company's good‑faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role. Element also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
