Job summary

Pacer Group in Canada is seeking a cloud and security specialist to help design and implement cloud-based security controls across Azure, AWS, or GCP.

You will translate business needs into user stories and functional specs, collaborate with business, cybersecurity, operations, and IT teams, and support UAT, change management, and successful project delivery. Strong documentation and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud security controls.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and specs.
• Experience with risk assessments, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Strong collaboration with business, cybersecurity, operations, and IT teams.
• Support testing (UAT), change management, and project delivery.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Expertise in cloud security controls, including IAM, RBAC, MFA, Zero Trust, encryption, and compliance.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams.
• Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Support UAT, change management, and project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
