Job summary

Noise Digital Inc. is seeking a Cloud AI Engineer to design, build, and operate AI systems and agentic applications on Google Cloud. You will deploy production-grade agents, implement tool use and orchestration, and optimize RAG pipelines with a focus on reliability and cost efficiency.

You will work with Python, modern LLM frameworks, and cloud infrastructure to serve clients and internal products, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable AI services with observability and governance.

Qualifications

• Production experience on GCP with Cloud Run, Cloud SQL and Vertex AI.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered systems including at least one production RAG or agentic application.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration patterns (ADK, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or comparable).
• Solid SQL skills, including BigQuery at scale.
• Experience with containerization (Docker).
• Proficiency with version control systems and Git workflows.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and monitoring AI systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Implement tool use, function calling, and integration with internal APIs and databases.
• Develop and iterate on prompts, context strategies, and orchestration logic.
• Apply guardrails, input/output validation, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy trade-offs across model providers, frameworks, and managed services.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines end to end: ingestion, parsing, embedding, indexing, retrieval, grounding.
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure with security-aware choices and IaC.
• Document AI systems and enablement for colleagues and clients.
