Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR operational tasks including but not limited to verification letters, experience letters, invitation letters and other tasks required for employees during the life cycle of employment.
- Responsible to work with Canada & Group HR as necessary to implement new processes and systems which includes but is not limited to hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits training and development as well as exit processes for all employees.
- Responsible for payroll and reporting functions for Canadian operations.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly, yearly payroll reporting and allocating staff costs in accordance with business requirements.
- Assisting Canada HR with the end-to-end recruitment process making sure that the selected candidates have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the organization’s mission.
- Assisting to ensure that all new employees receive ETG orientation to the organization and that appropriate training is provided and scheduled for maintaining employee success.
- Assisting in creating local policies, procedures, training, compensation and benefits, turnover, and attendance metrics.
- Assisting to manage employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits.
- Coordinate with the local IT as well as Corporate IT department on all employee new hire and onboarding IT related tasks and processes in line with ETG policy.
Position Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in human resources or related field.
- Spanish language fluency.
- 1-2 years of experience working in Human Resources or Payroll Roles.
