Job summary

A real estate brokerage is seeking a Closings Administrator in Markham, ON. Job description
Closings Administrator

The Closings Administrator is responsible for collecting commissions from Co-brokers and Lawyers. This position reports directly to the Manager of the Payroll Department.

  • Communicating with Branch Managers, Lawyers, Deal Administrators and Office Managers regarding mandatory paperwork and collection of commission.
  • Follow-up for the balance of commission or confirmation of closing.
  • Managing emails and answering phone calls.
  • Receiving mail, courier bags from branches third parties and distributing items in an effective manner.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.
