A provincial government agency in Victoria is seeking a Document Coordinator to prepare and digitize litigation records. This position involves organizing sensitive documentation to support legal matters and requires secondary school graduation along with experience in MS Office and records management. This is a full-time, on-site role with a temporary contract until March 2026, which may be extended or become permanent.
The Litigation Team within the Legislation, Litigation, Research and Organizational Policy Branch is a well‑established and highly respected group of eight professionals. The team serves as a central hub for coordinating and interpreting information between litigation counsel, ministry executives, and staff, supporting civil litigation, human rights, and judicial review matters.
The Document Coordinator plays a key role in preparing and digitizing records for litigation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to legal counsel. This position supports the Ministry of Attorney General’s Legal Services Branch by organizing sensitive documentation in accordance with best practices and privacy legislation, contributing to the resolution of legal matters and policy development.
