Job summary

ErinoakKids is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join the ABA team at our Mississauga site in a temporary full-time capacity until March 26, 2027. The role involves delivering 1:1 Applied Behaviour Analysis with children, under supervision, on-site at Mississauga.

The position requires strong data-based treatment planning, parent coaching, and collaboration with schools. Ideal candidates have a related diploma and at least one year of autism-focused clinical experience, plus excellent organization

Qualifications

• A diploma in Autism Behavioral Sciences is a strong asset; however, an Early Childhood Education diploma or degree, or a Child and Youth Worker Diploma will be considered.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Outstanding organizational capacity.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills, comfortable acting as an ambassador of ErinoakKids.
• Strong attention to detail and organization, ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner.
• Self-starter and proactive approach in resolving problems and issues.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to learn new database systems required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• An ability to display a high level of initiative.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Knowledge of technology solutions for children with autism.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the of temporary full-time Clinical Therapist within the ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) team. Autism ABA will consist of a fee-for-service model providing 1:1 service in a semester-based format, utilizing the principles of applied behaviour analysis. Under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor, a Clinical Therapist will develop, implement, and deliver treatments based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Successful individuals will also have excellent interpersonal skills, display a high level of initiative and independence, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
