Qualifications

• 2–5 years of counselling or clinical therapy experience.

• Experience in trauma, sexual violence, or gender-based violence preferred.

• Group facilitation experience is an asset.

About the Role

You will manage a full caseload of individual clients and facilitate group therapy, working within a feminist, pro-choice, and anti-oppressive framework. The work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed practice and supported by a collaborative clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in clinical supervision, peer consultation, and team meetings

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related field

Registered and in good standing with a relevant professional body (RSW, CCC, RP, or equivalent)

2–5 years of counselling or clinical therapy experience

Experience in trauma, sexual violence, or gender-based violence strongly preferred

Group facilitation experience an asset
