What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  • Actively work with the current territory manager(s) to leverage skills and knowledge to best achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and healthcare professionals within hospitals.
  • Provide product education and training to healthcare staff, ensuring they are proficient in the use of our respiratory products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and market developments.
What We Need
  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Strong sales and business development skills; preferred to have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of respiratory care and experience working in hospital settings is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
