Job summary

A leading mental health organization in Toronto is seeking a Clinical Psychologist for a full-time role in the Therapeutic Neighbourhood. The successful candidate will lead psychosocial interventions for patients with severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and provide training to psychology students. This role requires a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology and expertise in CBT and motivational interviewing.

Qualifications

• Current registration in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).
• Experience with empirically supported psychosocial interventions for schizophrenia spectrum illnesses.
• Skills to provide training, supervision, and consultation in inpatient care contexts.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of group-based psychosocial interventions.
• Participate in program development, evaluation, and research.
• Provide training and supervision to psychology students and other learners.
