A leading mental health service provider is looking for a Clinical Psychologist to oversee clinical delivery in high-risk workforces. This role involves managing complex cases, providing in-person and virtual therapy, and coordinating crisis deployments across Australia. Candidates must have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, full AHPRA registration, and 3 to 5 years of experience in clinical settings, ideally with high-risk populations. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of clinical experience with high-risk populations.
• Competence in virtual and face-to-face therapy delivery.
• Experience conducting Return to Work and Fit for Work assessments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical account management for high-risk clients.
• Coordinate all high-risk cases including clinician allocation and case closure.
• Deliver in-person and virtual therapy sessions aligned with AHPRA standards.
• Lead crisis deployments and provide psychological first aid.
