Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals dealing with mental health challenges. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and contribute to the overall treatment and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments using standardized tests, interviews, and clinical observations to evaluate clients' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques.
  • Provide individual and group therapy to clients, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoanalytic therapy, humanistic therapy, or others as appropriate.
  • Help clients identify and understand the root causes of their emotional distress or psychological difficulties and work collaboratively to develop effective coping strategies.
  • Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and occupational therapists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in the field of clinical psychology through ongoing professional development and training.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to other team members, including psychologists in training or other healthcare professionals, as needed.
  • Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and multidisciplinary discussions to contribute to the formulation of holistic treatment plans.
Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing individual and group therapy.
  • Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and interventions, with proficiency in one or more evidenced-based approaches.
  • Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills, along with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse clients.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and provide consultation when required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.
