They work closely with Salman (Clinical Operations), Linda (Clinical Excellence), and Oliver (VP Clinical) to deliver safe, consistent, and trusted care across Australia.

  • Clinical account management for high-risk clients, overseeing the full care journey from risk assessment to reintegration, ensuring SLA compliance and timely case updates.
  • Coordinate all high-risk cases end to end, including clinician allocation, support plan implementation, documentation, progress tracking, and case closure.
  • Lead crisis deployments across Australia, providing onsite psychological first aid, group briefings, and individual stabilisation sessions.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based care aligned with AHPRA standards.
  • Prepare clear clinical reports and workforce insights for clients, using geo-locked platforms to access and update case information securely.
  • Liaise closely with client representatives, onsite teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong communication and trusted partnerships.
  • Support training and local upskilling for clinicians, and client teams on crisis response protocols.
  • Provide local clinical insights to strengthen operational reliability, service quality, and continuous improvement across Australia.
  • Full AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
  • 3 to 5 years of clinical experience, ideally with high-risk or safety-critical populations.
  • Strong capability in clinical case management, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.
  • Experience conducting Return to Work and Fit for Work assessments.
  • Experience providing clinical supervision or mentoring.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases within structured SOPs and SLAs.
  • Competence in both virtual and face-to-face therapy delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills for both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
