Job summary

Sonus Microsystems is pioneering ultrasound for continuous, operator-independent patient monitoring, and seeks a Clinical Program Manager to own clinical programs and studies across its ultrasound AI platform.

The role partners with the CEO and operations leadership to define how clinical programs operate, while remaining hands-on in day-to-day execution, influencing product design and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial operations across multiple studies or programs.
• Background in medical devices or other regulated healthcare environment.
• Proven stakeholder management capabilities with internal teams, investigators, KOLs and partners.
• Experience preparing program status materials and supporting leadership updates.
• Hands-on approach balancing detailed execution with program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Build robust processes for tracking milestones and deliverables across multiple clinical programs.
• Identify dependencies, schedule risks and potential delays, and resolve or escalate issues before milestones.
• Prepare program status updates and milestone reporting for leadership and strategic partners.
• Lead feasibility assessments, site selection and KOL engagement for study planning.
• Prepare and support IRB applications and essential study documentation for start-up.
• Coordinate with engineering, regulatory and quality teams to keep activities aligned.
• Travel for key stakeholder meetings within Canada and the US.
