Job summary

Sonus Microsystems is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead the clinical programs for our ultrasound AI platform, partnering with the CEO and operations leadership to shape study design and execution that advances patient care worldwide.

You will own multi-study coordination, regulatory alignment, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, regulatory, and quality teams, driving on-time milestones and rigorously documenting processes for FDA/Health Canada submissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical trial operations or program management in regulated healthcare.
• Background in medical devices or regulated environments with regulatory quality familiarity.
• Proven stakeholder management across internal teams and external sites.
• Experience preparing program status materials for leadership updates.

Responsibilities

• Build robust processes for tracking milestones and deliverables across clinical programs.
• Identify dependencies, schedule risks and potential delays, escalating issues.
• Prepare program status updates and milestone reporting for leadership.
• Lead feasibility assessments, site selection and KOL engagement for studies.
• Prepare and submit IRB applications and essential study documents.
• Ensure documentation and timelines remain aligned throughout execution.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for investigators, sites and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, regulatory and quality teams to stay aligned.
• Support FDA and Health Canada submissions with quality-controlled data.
