Job summary

Qualifications

• One year recent acute Cardiology or Cardiac Surgery and/or acute Medical/Surgical and/or Emergency Nursing experience required.
• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.
• Current CRNM registration required.
• Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration is required.
• Successful scheduled and completion of the Advanced Assessment Course when opportunities arise.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional registered nursing services for patients, including those with complex health needs.
• Administer prescribed treatments and play a leadership role within the health care team.
• Coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
