Job summary

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in a hospital setting with direct involvement in Pharmaceutical patient care.
  • Demonstrated pharmacologic knowledge in pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics.
  • Experience working with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provision of pharmaceutical care to optimize drug utilization.
  • Collaboration with healthcare providers to develop and monitor therapeutic plans.
  • Participation in medication use evaluations, quality improvement initiatives, and committees.
