Job summary

Bayshore Medical Personnel in Petawawa, ON is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join our clinical team in a weekday, day-shift role.

Responsibilities include compounding, dispensing and prescribing pharmaceuticals and providing pharmaceutical expertise to patients and healthcare colleagues in a clinic setting. Three years of direct patient care in clinical or community practice within last five years required.

Qualifications

• Three years of direct patient care in the last five years in a clinical or community pharmacy setting.
• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy from a Canadian university accredited by CCAPP or equivalent foreign qualification with licensure requirements.
• National PEBC board exam (except Québec).
• BLS/CPR AED Level C with annual recertification.
• Provincial/territorial license to practice pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Compound, dispense and prescribe pharmaceuticals within a clinic environment.
• Provide pharmaceutical expert services to patients and other healthcare providers.
