Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years' recent related experience, including two years' relevant clinical experience.
• RN required at all Acute sites; RN or RPN for LTC and/or MHSU sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in day-to-day operations of the assigned unit/service area.
• Coordinate and facilitate daily clinical activities.
• Act as a communication liaison between team members and health care professionals.
• Supervise staff and assist with professional development.
• Contribute to the development of the operating plan.
• Lead quality and risk management activities.
