Job summary

Griffith Health Service is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to lead nursing education, develop evidence-based programs and support the clinical learning of the nursing team across the district. You will drive education initiatives and support staff in applying learning to daily practice.

In this role, you will mentor staff and students, promote clinical leadership, and participate in audits and policy development to ensure safe, high-quality patient care within a dynamic Griffith setting.

• Deliver and coordinate clinical education and professional development.
• Orient, supervise and mentor staff, students and TPP participants.
• Promote clinical leadership, best practice and a positive learning culture.
• Contribute to district-wide education, training and policy development.
• Provide unit-based and individual education and skill support.
• Delegate and support Nurses and others within scope of practice.
• Maintain contemporary practice and meet CNE/CME Framework requirements.
• Participate in audits, quality activities and care delivery aligned with safety standards.
