A health services organization in Abbotsford seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator responsible for developing educational programs for staff and patients. The successful candidate will have clinical expertise and leadership experience, among other qualifications. Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $49.20 - $67.08 / hour.

In accordance with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) standards of practice and the Mission and Values of Fraser Health, the Clinical Nurse Educator utilizes evidence‑informed practice and education theory to develop educational programs that will achieve the most effective outcomes, and deliver formal group or individual educational activities to staff and patients/clients/residents/families. The Clinical Nurse Educator performs their duties with a unit, hospital, program and/or regional focus and may be required to work at multiple sites across Fraser Health.
Education and Experience
Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Three (3) years of recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical area, including one (1) year of education and/or leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Completion of post graduate coursework and/or certification applicable to the designated clinical area.
Valid BC Driver's License and access to personal vehicle for business‑related purposes, as required.
