Job summary

Shared Health in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Clinical Mentor to support nursing staff on the GB3 and GH7 Medicine Unit. Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, you will provide rapid, just‑in‑time mentorship, orient new staff, and promote evidence‑based practice to ensure high‑quality patient care.

The role requires 3+ years nursing experience on the unit (5+ for specialties), active CRNM/CRPNM registration, and strong leadership and teaching skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved Registered Nursing Program.
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Certification in Adult Education an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid, just‑in‑time clinical mentorship on the unit/department.
• Orientate, support and promote education to ensure staff competence.
• Foster learning and professional growth within the team.
