Job summary

Humber River Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform routine and stat testing in Chemistry, Hematology and Blood Bank at the North American first fully digital hospital environment. Responsibilities include phlebotomy and central processing, with opportunities to train in other disciplines.

Qualifications include a Diploma in MLT, CMLTO registration, and 3–5 years of recent experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this supportive lab team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Current registration as General Medical Laboratory Technologist with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO)
• 3-5 years of recent Clinical Laboratory experience an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively alone or with all team members, including co-workers, physicians and other health care team members.
• Excellent attendance and discipline free record required.

Responsibilities

• Routine & Stat Laboratory Testing in Core Laboratory- Chemistry, Hematology and Blood bank.
