Clinical Dietitians at Baycrest provide services to clients in the Apotex Jewish Home for the Aged. Working with the interprofessional team, Clinical Dietitians provide monitoring, assessment, and follow up for our geriatric population, according to the medical status and nutritional needs of each client, with the goal of optimizing nutritional status and quality of life.
