Job summary

Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a half-time Health Outreach & Community Supports professional to coordinate clinical activities and support mental health initiatives. The role emphasizes psychosocial rehab, primary care principles, and population health within an in-person community setting.

The successful candidate will have four years of relevant community experience, two years of clinical coordination, and hold a health/human services degree with crisis intervention training.

Qualifications

• Four years related community experience with minimum of two years clinical coordination experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in the area of mental health including mental illness, co-occurring disorders, psychiatric disorders, clinical syndromes, and psychopharmacology.
• BSW, OT, PT, BSc PN, RPN, BN, RN, SLP, RD, or related health/human services degree required.
• Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training.
