About Our Role

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Care Coordinator to provide strong clinical leadership and operationaloversight across our Taradale Rest Home.

Reporting to our GM – Care & Villages, this rolewill see you working closely with our leadership team. You will lead, mentorand support our nursing and care teams to deliver the highest standards ofclinical practice, safety and wellbeing for residents. You’ll play a key rolein ensuringcare is consistently resident-centred, culturally responsive and aligned withbest practice in rest home care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspirenursing and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Supportprofessional development, training and performance of clinical staff.
  • Oversee clinicalcare planning, assessments and interventions.
  • Maintaincompliance with legislative and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a cultureof learning, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Build positiverelationships with residents, whānau, GPs and allied health professionals.
About You

You’ll be an experienced Registered Nurse with strongclinical and leadership skills, able to balance hands-on support with managementoversight. You’ll possess warmth, professionalism and a calm, solutions-focusedapproach.

You will bring with you:

  • Current NZNursing Council registration and APC.
  • Experience in asenior clinical or leadership role (ideally in an aged care environment).
  • Sound knowledgeof the Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standards.
  • Excellentcommunication, coaching and relationship-building skills.
  • Strongorganisational and decision-making abilities.
  • A collaborativestyle and commitment to quality, safety and resident wellbeing.
