Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Behavioural Sciences is required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in developing and implementing behavioural programs and strategies.
• Experience working with adults with complex physical and mental health diagnoses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes comprehensive behavioural assessments and, based on results, plans treatment strategies in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Monitors and evaluates assessment processes sensitive to diverse client needs.
• Provides leadership, support and education to the interprofessional team for applying behavior therapy principles.
• Completes documentation in line with Providence Care policies and procedures.
• Identifies resources to support data collection and advocates for appropriate resources.
• Manages data collection as part of behavioural assessment and profiling.
