Job summary

The Clinical Applications Specialist role is hybrid (60% travel) and focuses on education, training, and ongoing clinical support for transplant programs across North America.

The position partners with Clinical Development, Commercial, Marketing, and R&D to ensure customers become proficient users of Traferox products, while gathering clinical insights for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Perfusion, or related healthcare field.
• 2+ years in clinical applications, medical devices, biotechnology, healthcare, or transplantation preferred.
• Strong presentation and training skills for diverse clinical audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel regularly to North America.
• Experience in transplantation, perfusion, surgery, or critical care is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and onboarding programs for clinical customers.
• Provide in-service education for surgeons, procurement teams, perfusionists, coordinators, and OR staff.
• Support customer adoption with clinical guidance during initial product implementation.
• Develop training materials and SOPs; participate in workshops and demonstrations.
• Serve as a clinical expert on preservation workflows and product support.
