Qualifications

  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in an ophthalmology clinic setting or comparable experience.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP and VLAN.

Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site training sessions for customers, including scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries.
  • Install medical equipment and provide full training on applications and usage.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide feedback to management.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and conduct site assessments for network infrastructure.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in implementing and configuring networking equipment
Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel across Canada for training and events

Education
