Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Position Overview
Experience
  • Minimum three years' of recent, clinical experience of which one year must be in the specialty area.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
  • Baccalaureate degree in Physiotherapy or approved equivalent, required.
  • Post-graduate degree in a Physiotherapy related field or equivalent preferred.
  • Where required, has successfully completed the Physiotherapy Competency Exam.
  • Successful completion of relevant professional education in designated areas required, for example, certification where applicable, continuing education courses, recognized expertise.
Certification/Licensure/Registration
  • Licensed to practice Physiotherapy in the Province of Manitoba.
  • Current registration with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association required.
  • Current registration/participation with an appropriate specialty organization/interest group required where applicable.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the Employerpolicy.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult education preferred.
