Job summary

A healthcare provider in Oshawa seeks a Temporary Part Time Unit Clerk to support the patient care team. Qualifications

  • Medical Office Administration Diploma or equivalent education/experience.

  • Proven knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel at a basic level.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support in a clinical setting.
  • Handle staff scheduling and patient coordination.
  • Perform computer data entry and manage phone communications.
  • Assist with scheduling tests, appointments, and treatments.
