Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for our Dundas Clinic. The role involves providing personalized care to clients, teaching and delegating tasks to team members, and delivering services such as pediatric care, wound care, IV therapy, and chronic disease management at our Dundas Clinic.

Shifts include 8:00am–8:00pm with weekend rotation. This casual/clinic role supports the Bayshore mission of quality, dignity and independence for clients in Hamilton

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body (CNO).
• 2-5 years of recent nursing experience in a fast-paced clinic or medical environment.
• Experience with wound care, diabetes management, IV/CVAD experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized high-quality care to clients who visit our Dundas Clinic.
• Teach, delegate tasks and functions to different levels of workers and client family members.
• Provide pediatric, palliative, wound care, IV therapy and chronic disease management support.
