Your duties will include but is not limited to primary care, clinic work, supervising nursing students and more! Wage will differ depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Job Types:** Full-Time, Part-Time
  • RN Salary:** $34.00 per hour depending on experience
  • RPN Salary:** $26.50 per hour depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Clinical Care
  • Provide direct primary care to patients in accordance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient health, document observations, and report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.
  • Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results under supervision.
  • Patient Support and Education
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to patients navigating health challenges.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated care.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing students during clinical placements.
Administrative and Compliance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and privacy protocols.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Professional Development
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in nursing and clinical care.
  • Participate in paid training sessions and career development opportunities offered by the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management to support clinic operations and patient care.
