Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a driven sales professional to connect customers with our Digital Services and Customer for Life strategy. You will identify opportunities, maintain knowledge of our service agreements, and guide walkthroughs or plan reviews to ensure HVAC system designs meet client needs.

You will develop account plans to foster long-term partnerships, strive to achieve margin targets, and travel to customer sites as required, often in varying weather and mechanical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or BA/BS in Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of solution selling experience.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Link Digital Services offerings with our Customer for Life strategy and identify opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of service base; quantify and target opportunities based on customer knowledge.
• Gather information and perform facility walkthroughs or plan reviews.
• Determine project needs to meet HVAC system design and installation requirements.
• Develop account-specific plans to build long-term, profitable partnerships.
• Meet or exceed gross margin requirements.
