A leading engineering firm is seeking an Environmental Planner III to provide technical leadership in climate risk assessments and planning. The role includes managing projects, developing policies and strategies, and coordinating consultation programs. A degree in Climate Change or Environmental Sciences is required, with a preference for a Master's. Strong technical writing, project management experience, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Bilingualism in English and French is a plus.

Overview :
As part of the growing Climate Change Planning Team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership in climate risk assessment and climate change planning, policy, and capacity-building services. This is an exciting opportunity to incorporate climate leadership into a variety of engineering, environmental and planning projects across North America.
You will be required to analyze climate data, deliver climate change risk assessments, lead consultation programs, develop policies and strategies, and prepare project reports and presentations. You will be expected to coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams on a diverse range of assignments. You will also have an opportunity to lead business development initiatives including proposals and presentations. Some travel may be required.
