A leading environmental and engineering firm in Calgary is seeking an Environmental Planner III to join their Climate Change Planning Team. The ideal candidate will lead climate risk assessments, engage stakeholders, and manage projects focused on sustainability and resilience. A Master's Degree and experience in climate adaptation are preferred. This role offers flexible work arrangements and requires some travel.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree(s) in Climate Change, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Planning, or Geography.
• Demonstrated experience delivering climate risk assessments and resilience projects.
• Strong experience developing policies and strategies for climate adaptation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in climate risk assessment and planning.
• Serve as a Project Manager on climate change projects.
• Develop and implement stakeholder consultation programs.
