Summary:

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Client Support Coordinator liaises between the SunRype Snacks Team, the US Lassonde team, and the US Broker.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Canadian and USA Teams with all Snack-related sales requests
  2. Coordinate with US Broker and customer base
  3. Follow, complete, and input data for new product development
  4. Set up product and pricing for new items and create UPCs
  5. Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies
  6. Monitor customer payments and deductions
  7. Set up and validate promotions
  8. Perform setups for new customers, products, merchandisers, and EDI
  9. Manage administration of client portals
  10. Coordinate with sales and customers on fulfillment, shipping, and timing
  11. Map product hierarchy
  12. Create and maintain retail order pads, forms, templates, and sell sheets
  13. Generate weekly sales reports, and monthly or ad hoc reports
  14. Manage inventory of POS displays and racks
  15. Provide inventory updates and re-order advisories
  16. Input snack product information for Ecommerce
  17. Coordinate trade show bookings and samples

Education and Experience:

  1. High School Diploma
  2. Degree or Diploma in Business (asset)
  3. At least five years of related office experience, preferably in the CPG industry
  4. Experience with external customer databases (asset)
